DNMG Carbide Turning Inserts for Steel/P Material Finishing With High Precision and Quality OEM Supported

Product Description

Cemented carbide inserts

Product Description

Product details

Cemented carbide inserts are made of cemented carbide, which is an alloy material made of hard compounds of refractory metals and bonding metals through powder metallurgy.

Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance. Especially its high hardness and wear resistance basically remain unchanged even at a temperature of 500°C, and it still maintains high hardness at 1000°C.

Range of materials to be cut:
  • Steel cutting
  • Stainless steel cutting
  • Cast iron cutting
  • Aluminium cutting

FAQ

What is your background and product capability?

Established in 2009, we operate a 2000 square meter production workshop and a 1000 square meter office space. We are committed to manufacturing premium carbide products, including tungsten carbide rods, plates, strips, balls, CNC cutting tools, molds, and dies. We allocate 3-5% of our annual sales revenue to research and development to deliver advanced solutions.

What are the payment terms?

We accept 100% payment in advance, or 30% in advance with the remaining balance due before shipping.

What types of tungsten carbide CNC inserts are available?

We offer a comprehensive range of CNC inserts, including:
  1. Turning inserts: Used for external or internal turning operations.
  2. Milling inserts: Used for square shoulder milling, face milling, profile milling, and high feed milling.
  3. Threading inserts: Used for threading and thread milling.
  4. Grooving inserts: Designed for creating grooves and recesses.
  5. Parting inserts: Used for parting-off or cutoff operations.

How do I choose the right tungsten carbide CNC inserts for my application?

Selection depends on several key parameters:
  • The workpiece material being machined (e.g., steel, aluminum, cast iron).
  • The type of machining operation (e.g., turning, milling, threading).
  • The cutting conditions (e.g., cutting speed, feed rate).
  • The desired surface finish and dimensional accuracy.

Can I get technical support for selecting indexable inserts?

Yes. Please get in touch with us, and our Technical Service Center Team will be glad to assist and advise you on the best insert selection for your operations.

What materials are these cemented carbide inserts suitable for cutting?

Our inserts are optimized for high-efficiency cutting across four main material groups: steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum.
